The Children's Museum of Durango is an educational and playful place for all ages. Hands-on learning, interactive exhibits, workshops, and programs invite us to discover more about ourselves and the world around us.

CMD helps enrich family life for residents and visitors of the Four Corners area.

The Children's Museum of Durango began on the "drawing board"

in to fill a need for children and their families to experience

hands on learning about themselves and the world

around them for ! Overtime money was raised through

community resources and with the help of Durango Arts Center our doors

opened in . The Museum just celebrated its 4 -year Birthday !

The Children's Museum of Durango has become a favorite

among residents and tourists. All ages, newborns to grandparents, enjoy

educational interactive exhibits .
