If you are a retailer or wholesaler and there is an inch of what could be considered medical supplies in your store or warehouse’s inventory then consider yourself to be a vital member of the broad-based and critical health services industries. Because somewhere down the line, someone is bound to fall ill, or pregnant, or be in need of some healthy cleansing, and the products you make available to these customers must be in itself in perfect health.
That means the products in your store that have been made available to you through all the specifications and processes that inform medical packaging must and will be safe to use. The checks and balances put in place by national and international health authorities and those departments responsible for controlling the influx and flow of all consumer and commercial, and health goods, ensure that vital ingredients and supplies are safely packaged and clinically sealed to leave warehouses and be transported from one city to another, from one state to another, and from one country to another.
On the international level, when warning lights flash, then you will know that goods and even services will be quarantined until such time that these goods can either be released once more, once the defaults have been detected and rectified or eliminated. And when these goods and services are, once more, made available to the public, then the green light by those specially equipped to do so, will be given.
Your store may only be stocking head ache powders, pregnancy testing kits and sanitary packs, but because these products are in your custody, the onus is still on you to ensure that these goods are, indeed, healthy for supply to your direct customers.
